Online appointment booking and Coronavirus

Due to Coronavirus/COVID-19 we are converting all on-line face to face appointments to telephone appointments. We know that the majority of problems can be dealt with on the telephone and this will help us to minimise the number of patients accessing our surgery reducing the risk of viral spread.

If a doctor needs to see you in person after this we will make appropriate arrangements. This will be for the foreseeable future.

Alternatively we would also encourage patients to consider an eConsult via our web site or phoning the surgery directly to arrange an appointment.

We know this might cause some inconvenience but this is to protect you, other patients and the Team.
