Resources for Parents and Young People on the Waiting List

YPI Counselling, which offers family therapy, parent and specialist sexual abuse counselling, has compiled a list of resources for parents and young people on the waiting list.

Hampshire and IOW CYP Crisis Line

A free crisis line for children and young people in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is available for children and young people aged 11 to 17 who are experiencing mental health crisis.
Callers will have immediate access to:
  • One to one confidential, emotional support
  • Advice on healthy coping skills and resources
  • Signposting to useful apps and websites
